Appointment Grace Period
There is a 10-minute grace period. If you know you will not be at your appointment on time, please communicate via text or call in advance. Please do not just show up after the grace period. You may need to reschedule and/or pay additional late fees due to your tardiness.
Tipping Policy
While tipping isn't required for weekend appointments, it is encouraged.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel for any reason, please attempt to do so up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a $20 cancel fee. No call/no show appointments will be a $50 charge. Appointments are automatically deemed to be no call/no show after 30 minutes. If your first appointment results in a no call/no show you are no longer able to book services in the future.
Deposits
No deposit is required until the first cancellation. Once the first cancellation occurs, a 50% deposit will be required in order to book any future appointments. (Exceptions apply for extensions)
Loctitian Cancellations
If I, for any reason, have to cancel/reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, I forfeit the opportunity to accept a tip during the next appointment. If I am more than 10 minutes late, your appointment total is discounted $5 per every 15 minutes you wait. If I do not answer and you miss an appointment (calendar invite confirmed appointment), your next normal retwist service will be free of charge.
Pricing Determining Factors
Final pricing depends upon density, hair type and length. Final price will be given at consultation.
Consultation
Consultations are required for all new clients. This fee is deducted from the cost of the first booked service but is retained by Her Hands Studio should the client choose not to book afterwards.
Liability
We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or reactions that may occur as a result of the hair care services provided. It is the responsibility of the client to inform the stylist of any allergies, or medical conditions that may affect the service.
